RinneRadio - G

In Finland Rinneradio is a legend. They are not only respected as studio musicians, but also live performers. Their live shows are media acclaimed and recently they have had very impressive musically interactive multimedia presentations on stage (check out some pics at www.katastro.fi).

Like many Finnish electronic bands, Rinneradio is also very experimental, noisy, minimalistic and improvising, even though G sounds very much planned and structured. Unfortunately we coudn't fit in Rinneradio's song "Helsinki" in our compilation CD, not having a chance to hear them will make make it difficult for me to describe them. It's definitely electronic, but at the same time jazzy and trippish, still hard, but most of all extremely talented. Their style differ from beautiful slow and melodic songs like "Lenak" to harder, almost psychedelic tracks such as "Walk".

Rinneradio is a strong musical export candiate. Be patient. Prospective will present the band in its next issue.
